Associate Designer: RTW Wovens & Knits (Sep 2024 - Present)

• Research and sketch new designs per seasonal direction

• Source materials, create tech packs, and coordinate with overseas suppliers and manufacturers

• Participate in fittings with senior designer and tech team

• Manage, prepare, and organize samples, knit downs, and strike offs for key milestone meetings

Assistant Designer: RTW (Sep 2023 - Sep 2024)

• Created and updated detailed sketches to represent seasonal collections

• Collaborated with tech design and product developers to execute company’s intended creative concept

• Maintain digital and physical samples, files, and asset archives

• Worked alongside stylist and design team during model fittings in preparation for fashion show

Design Intern: RTW (Oct 2022 - Sep 2023)

• Conducted product, color, fit, and fabric research for seasonal concepts

• Produced final artworks for embroidery and layouts

• Improved organization of design room resulting in positive growth of the design team’s output
